Returns & Exchanges
We are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with our products. If you need to exchange or return the product due to quality issues, please contact us within 30 days. You can send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you the best solution. Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization.
Please indicate the reason for the return in the email. If you meet the conditions for return and exchange, please follow these instructions.
- After receiving our return instructions, please pack the items to be returned in their original packaging.
- Send the package to your local post office.
- Most returns will be processed within 7~10 working days after we received your package. If there is no other notice, we will send the refund to your payment account. Once the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges Conditions
- Return and exchange period is one month, overdue request need to be special .
- For all eligible returns, items must be unused and undamaged, and unmodified.
- Please double-check your refunds before shipping them out.
- If your product needs to be returned or exchanged due to the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, incorrect product received, or for any extra products you did not order, DFUN TECH will bear the shipping costs: you will first have to pay the shipping costs for returns costs and we will refund ( the shipping costs or we will issue a refund ) to you after we receive the returned products; For all other reasons, customers are responsible for the return item shipping fees.
- We don't accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
- 10% restocking fee will be charged for the refund.
- Using the original DFUN package boxes.
Before shipping, please contact us to get the return number. DFUN TECH will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, that they were received or may not be eligible for a refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We provide 8 Years warranty for all the products.
The warranty period is calculated from the date of the purchase. To determine the start date of the warranty period, it is necessary to provide the sales receipt or other reasonable written proofs of the payment.
If the product has problems or malfunctions during the warranty period, please contact us at email@example.comWe aim to accept all the returns. In some unlikely cases that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
